The Biggest Koerner Hall by KPMB Architects

Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects (KPMB) have Koerner Hall in Toronto, Canada, developed under the Royal Conservatory of Music TELUS Performance and Learning Center.

The design of the concert hall of 1135 seats is based on the classic shoe-shaped box of some of the finest concert halls in the world and offers two levels of balconies above the main entry level orchestra and balcony technical Third. Cons form of shoebox room juxtaposed rebuild the wooden balcony fronts and curved walls a warm sculptures “liner” inside the rectangular shape. Adjustable acoustics and sightlines allow a wide range of types, including concert broadcast live on television.
