Linda Rose Duplex in Eagle Rock, California, USA by Martin Fenlon Architecture
A duplex dilapidated Spanish Colonial remained vacant and neglected in a street on a hillside in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles. As an anomaly of two legal entities in a single-family zoning district, the property slopes to enjoy himself patiently in anticipation of a radical renovation by its owners, which was intent on the spectacular view. The room is used as raw material and reaches the chamber environment, housed within a span of 4 ‘reference standard sizes of treated and minimizes waste. Outside (the simple, strong plastered walls of the skin which recalls the original duplex) has been designed and is moving only because of the demands of the area.- Martin Fenlon Architecture
